NEWS
Executive Producer - Full Time - Regular
Manage the performance of the producers and associate
producers, oversee and enterprise team coverage and special events,
prevent on-air mistakes, enhance newscasts through an innovative
use of graphics, work with reporters to make their stories better,
work with the desk to improve quality and quantity of coverage,
take a lead role in breaking news and have a firm grip on local
news. Requires degree in Journalism or related field and 3 years
broadcast television producing experience. Major market and/or
management experience preferred. Web experience a plus. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
Associate Producer - Full Time - Regular
Assist producers in the production of daily newscasts to
include writing scripts, researching stories, working with
assignment desk, field crews, graphics, and fill-in produce. Must
have degree in Journalism or related field and minimum one year of
paid newsroom experience as assignment editor or associate
producer. Must be computer literate and possess excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal. Need to be a team
player who works well under stressful conditions.
SALES
National Sales Manager - Full Time - Regular
Manage, lead and direct Nat’l Sales reps and
Nat’l Sales assts to accomplish the company’s revenue,
expense, administrative, and market share goals. Responsible for
accurate revenue and market forecasting. Requires 3-5 years
television/marketing experience that includes agency business,
local direct, and non-traditional revenue with proven track record
of success. Requires good leadership skills with ability to
exercise good judgment. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
with ability to work well in fast paced environment. Must also be
computer literate especially with Microsoft Office products (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint). College degree preferred.

Qualified applicants must provide an official letter from an
accredited college or university confirming that he/she will
receive course credit if selected for our internship program.
All internships require a minimum of 20 hours per week for 8
weeks.
Applicants must also submit an essay in 250 words or less
answering the following questions:
- In which department are you interested in doing an internship? Why?
- What duties do you expect to perform in your internship? What do you expect to learn?
- Why should you be selected in the FOX 26 Internship Program?
